I have found that there are many people who say they are willing, and start discussions about developing solar farms, but few who really know what it takes to get it done. I started working on a project for a 100 mw solar farm in the State of Utah, USA, almost a year ago,.
Since, I have had several different people represent themselves as experts. Some where along the line,
they all have backed away from the final follow through. I have spent many hours reading and writing for
the proposal I submitted, and I am still struggling to reach the position I need to be in for the farm to go forward.
If you have developed a solar energy proposal for any of the major power providers in the US, I would like to talk to you. I have been told that the proposal I submitted is good,,and have been told by the RFP provider that all I needed to get it approved was to submit an environmental study with it, I have the study being drafted at this time. If you are willing to partner with me and develop the project, contact me, and
after exchange of NDA and contract discussion, We can get it done. The project is viable, and the location is perfect. I have the local and state governments assurance that there will be no problem.
